Grovo - Designing the Core Content Creation Tool
Grovo was a microlearning SaaS platform that enabled companies to create, manage, and deliver short, impactful lessons. With clients like Gap Inc., Hulu, and Wells Fargo, Grovo helped organizations train employees and align learning with business goals—centered around its customizable Content Creation Tool.
My Role
As the lead designer, I drove the design strategy and created the end-to-end experience for Grovo’s Content Creation Tool. I planned and facilitated research to ensure the tool met the needs of trainers and managers, enabling them to design lessons that were engaging, flexible, and aligned with their goals. My design was a key factor in Cornerstone’s acquisition of Grovo, and the tool—now rebranded as the "Grovo Create Tool"—remains largely intact today, with only minor design updates.
Status: The tool played a key role in Grovo’s acquisition by Cornerstone and remains a core part of their learning solutions today.
